Nice wooden house with glass veranda and large garden. Pool 6x3 m in summer. 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds. In one bedroom, there are also 2 single beds. Guest house with 2 bunk beds. Large kitchen, a small and a large living room, bathroom with bathtub. There are games for indoor and outdoor use, TV, outdoor seating groups as well as a dishwasher and washing machine. Wi-Fi and charging post for electric car are available. The nearest swimming area is 1.5 km away. There is a bathing ladder and a perfect jetty to catch crabs from. 2 SUPs are available

Rural villa on Orust

Welcome to a house with a large terrace and pool house in a rural environment surrounded by nature and open meadows. The coastal path passes 150 meters from the house. 700 meters from the house there is shopping in Göksäter, where there is also a large playground and kiosk. The community of Henån is 8 km away. The house is an older villa with low ceilings. There is a sandbox, trampoline and swings. Indoors there is also access to various toys in the playroom. Two double beds 180 cm and 160 cm. A single bed 80 cm and two 80 cm cots for children.

The 25 sqm cottage with sleeping loft and sunroom has all amenities. The kitchen is well-equipped with access to the sunroom where you can enjoy the view of Boxvik Kile. The balcony is on 2 levels with outdoor furniture and barbecue on the upper level and a hot tub with sea water, which the sun warms up in summer (Open 6/1-8/31) with associated sun loungers on the lower level.

Spend wonderful vacation days in lovely Stenungsund, your family will be close to nature and attractions. You will stay at this centrally-located place with a pool. Good transportation to Gothenburg by bus and train. Distance by car to Tjörn about 10 minutes, Orust about 20 minutes, Gothenburg about 30 minutes, Smögen/Kungshamn about 60-80 minutes Stenungssund square is close, about 7 minutes, with shopping, restaurants and shops. There are lovely beaches such as Strandviken and Hawaii, you can get there in about 7 minutes.

Close to shopping and restaurants in Stenungsund and only a short drive to Tjörn, Orust or Marstrand. Approximately 40 minutes by car to Gothenburg, which is also easily accessible by train/bus with frequent departures.

Modern cottage at a quiet location on beautiful Tjörn, perfect for the small family/couple or friends who want to live comfortably with modern standards. One bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, sleeping loft, sofa bed tv and Wifi, bathroom with a washing machine. About 45 minutes (54km) drive from Gothenburg city center. Approximately 11 minute (9.3km) drive from Stenungsund shopping center. A 5 minute drive (3.5km) to Ica Almö Livs, which has most things. There's also a gym and pharmacy.
