Our detached cottage (approx. 90m2) is tastefully and comfortably furnished. It has a sitting area with a wood stove, a spacious kitchen, and two bedrooms with air conditioning and bathroom. The many windows overlook a beautiful 5000 m2 garden (!) and offers a sea of peace, space and privacy. The garden has been lovingly decorated and maintained, and is full of plants and flowers, attracting squirrels and various types of birds. Adjacent to nature reserve the Maashorst and nice villages.

Small (approx. 30m2) but super cozy and private apartment. Well lit. Located in a residential area with private entrance and exit. Sleeping area, bathroom, independent toilet, sofa with TV. TV does not have cable, but do access to netflix. Kitchen has a fridge, kettle, coffee maker, air fryer and toaster, but no cooking facility. ATTENTION: SMOKING PROHIBITED! 10 min walk to Oss West station, 15 min to Oss station. From Oss, trains go to den Bosch (12 min) and Nijmegen (17 min).

K120 is my recently renovated old farmhouse, at the edge of the town centre, close to all facilities, but in a relatively quiet spot. I live there, but the house is also available for guests who prefer a cosy environment to anonymous hotels. The ambiance is relaxed. Make yourself comfortable. Coffee and tea are freely available, but you need to supply your own breakfast, lunch or dinner. Be welcome in my home. Come as a stranger and leave as a friend.
