Our holiday home is a spacious, light-flooded, detached architect's house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden on a hillside. The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open-space kitchen. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with a PV system, battery storage and an air heat pump.

Central living in the countryside on the mountain

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit: - Train station 10 min walk (or 2 min by car to the Park & Ride parking lot). From there, for example, Kempten in 25 minutes, Füssen in 50 minutes Augsburg 1 hour, Munich can be reached in 1 hour. - Shopping 10 minutes' walk or by car in Kaufbeuren or Marktoberdorf - Forest and meadows 3-min. walk - Central to all major attractions.

Old town Villa | "Neuschwanstein"

At the edge of the medieval old town, immediately at the historical city wall, our 4-room-apartment is located on the second floor of a luxurios old town art nouveau villa, which is under monumental protection. The villa was completely renovated in 2015. The villa is in the heart of Füssen, just a stone´s throw from the old town and Füssen´s main station. The bus station to Schloss Neuschwanstein is only meters away.
