Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Östergötland County

The whole house with large garden can be used, playground nearby, small supermarket in Överum, very nice swimming spot with volleyball, small playground and diving tower, very good communication with the landlady

The location right on the lake and playground is great. The house is very modern and beautiful.

We stayed in this charming house for almost 3 weeks in August. The communication with Dan and Robert was great. They are great hosts and have furnished the house with a lot of love and care. It is very clean and tidy and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Our three children also felt very comfortable. The garden is very large and offers plenty of space to romp, relax and discover. We did not use the in-house dock to the lake too often, as it is not so well suited for smaller children. However, there are some nice places in the area for bathing with infants. So that didn't bother us any further. Nature around the house, sunsets and tranquility are breathtaking. We really enjoyed the communication with the hosts, for the house, for the facilities, for Tived National Park, for the instruction book in the house and for the entire stay. It can easily be we'll be back. We had a little trouble with our car and some neighbors were also very helpful. It was just really good everything.

We had a cozy and relaxing weekend in a fantastic nice house and a peaceful surroundings. 15 adults and 1 child and we all got space without any problems. Can really recommend this gem.

Quiet residential neighborhood near the University. Good public transport connections to the city center that is not very close. Very friendly guest and easily accessible. The apartment has everything you need, in fact there was also soap, shampoo, detergents and the basics for cooking. Everything described in the listing is present and working. A supermarket and a couple of restaurants are a minute's walk away. Overall, we had a very satisfactory experience, especially in relation to the price. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs a comfortable foothold near the University.

We had a very nice week at Bart's Villa Kunterbunt. Our 2 year old son loved the garden and the play corner in the attic with play kitchen and wooden railway. The house is small, but well suited for 3 people. There was a children's travel cot for our son as he was still too small to sleep in the alcove. Bart was very nice and helpful, talked to us on the phone before arrival and explained everything to us. The house is a bit lonely, there are only a few neighboring houses. Nearby there is a lake with a beautiful swimming spot, to Eksjö and a moose park it is 15 minutes to Vinmerby, Katthult and Bullerbyn about 50 minutes. We will be happy to come back!

if you are in tranås and dont want to stay in a hotel, this is perfect. it was cosy and had enough space for a family or a group of friends.

Beautiful view. Private even though it is in a neighbourhood. Nice walking areas around the home. Close to Nykoping. Very well kept up. Had everything we needed. Loved waking up in the morning with a view of the ocean.

Everything was perfect! The place was remote enough to get to Norrköping. If you dont have a car its a little far from town but otherwise everything was as previously said, perfect
