Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Östergötland County

The house and outdoor facilities are a dream, especially for families. The children have plenty of space and opportunities to occupy themselves, while the parents can sit relaxed on the terrace or in the cozy living room. From there we enjoyed the view of the countryside and the friendly cows from next door 😁 Johannes provided us with good information and responded quickly to requests. Thank you Johannes!

Such a beautiful place to stay with surroundings.

Perfect house for us 2 families (4 adults 4 children) Plenty of space, nice surroundings and a very accommodating host who both brought the children to see all the animals, showed good place for sausage grilling and offered eggs from their own chickens. Lovely with a spa bath under clear starry sky and fun with so much stuff outside for the kids (playhouse, wooden house, swing etc) Well-equipped kitchen and nice social areas for our New Year's celebration. We had great days and will be happy to come again to explore the place in the summer.

We stayed in this charming house for almost 3 weeks in August. The communication with Dan and Robert was great. They are great hosts and have furnished the house with a lot of love and care. It is very clean and tidy and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Our three children also felt very comfortable. The garden is very large and offers plenty of space to romp, relax and discover. We did not use the in-house dock to the lake too often, as it is not so well suited for smaller children. However, there are some nice places in the area for bathing with infants. So that didn't bother us any further. Nature around the house, sunsets and tranquility are breathtaking. We had a lovely stay in this charming cabin. The calm surroundings made it a nice place for a short vacation. The thoughtful details throughout the cabin added a lot of character and warmth to our stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and cozy getaway.

We really enjoyed the communication with the hosts, for the house, for the facilities, for Tived National Park, for the instruction book in the house and for the entire stay. It can easily be we'll be back. We had a little trouble with our car and some neighbors were also very helpful. It was just really good everything.

The second time we rent the place and both times we have had a great time. Great facilities and the location is wonderful!

Quiet residential neighborhood near the University. Good public transport connections to the city center that is not very close. Very friendly guest and easily accessible. The apartment has everything you need, in fact there was also soap, shampoo, detergents and the basics for cooking. Everything described in the listing is present and working. A supermarket and a couple of restaurants are a minute's walk away. Overall, we had a very satisfactory experience, especially in relation to the price. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs a comfortable foothold near the University.

We had a very nice week in Bart's Villa Kunterbunt. Our 2-year-old son loved the garden and the play area in the attic with play kitchen and wooden train. The house is small but well suited for 3 people. There was a baby travel bed for our son, as he was still too small to sleep in the alcove. Bart was very kind and helpful, phoned us before arrival and explained everything to us. The house is a bit lonely, there are only a few neighboring houses. Nearby there is a lake with a beautiful swimming area, it is 15 minutes to Eksjö and an elk park, and about 50 minutes to Vinmerby, Katthult and Bullerbyn. We will be happy to come back!

A lovely little cottage in a beautiful area. Would thoroughly recommend!

Louise’s place was beautiful, exactly as in the pictures. The fireplace added to the warmth and coziness of the cabin. The owners are very nice and even kept fresh baked cookies at our arrival which was really sweet of them. Cabin is equipped with everything you will need and is very tastefully kept. Vastervik is a mere 20 mins away so location is quite nice. Loved the hospitality of the owners and the peace provided by the cabin.

The house was centrally located and was very nice and cozy. The host was nice and quick to respond to our inquiries. Recommended. Vadstena is a super cozy city.

Beautiful view. Private even though it is in a neighbourhood. Nice walking areas around the home. Close to Nykoping. Very well kept up. Had everything we needed. Loved waking up in the morning with a view of the ocean.

We had the best time. The place look fantastic (even better than in photos), is super functional and generally just such a great space to spend time with friends and family. The location is very peaceful, only nature around you. Albin was very helpful and communicative. Would love to visit again!
