The accommodation is fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7–8 km to Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg town centre. Bus to Fredrikstad once an hour. The floor area on the ground floor is approximately 115 m². This unit has two large bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a laundry room and a newly renovated bathroom. The first floor has two bedrooms. Sleeping/dining area for 10 people. A high chair and a travel cot for children are available. We ourselves live right next to the rental property and do not want loud parties there.

The house is centrally located on Kråkerøy about 5 minutes by car from Fredrikstad city center and 20 minutes on foot. From the house it is a short walk to Isegran. From here you can take the city ferry for free to the city center, the old town, the city center, Værste and Gressvik. If you want to go to Hvaler, this is not far by car or bus.

Saltnes is known for its amazing sunsets, and here you get a grandstand to enjoy both from the hot tub, under the roof on the terrace or from the sofa well wrapped in a blanket. Herfra bruker du 10 min til Gamlebyen, 15 min til Fredrikstad sentrum og 25min til Svinesund. Det er kort vei til badeplasser og campingplass og nærbutikken ligger bare en 10-minutters gåtur unna. Huset er fra 1850 og er totalrenovert i 2022. Verandaen er perfekt for sene sommerkvelder, usjenert og med nydelig utsikt
