Charming, former farmhouse without TV

In the centre of the wine village of Bechtheim (pop. 1800), on a residential road with hardly any traffic, you have the renovated farm worker's house of a former winery all to yourselves. The kitchen is our little museum, which you can not only look at but also use. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a bathroom. We do not have a television! But we do have a beautiful garden, which can be used until 10 pm.

The Wormser Water Tower is considered one of the most beautiful water towers in Germany. In the first floor it offers a luxurious small city apartment (about 80 m2) that surprises with original arches and lots of light (6 large windows). Couples will feel comfortable here. You can spend a cultural, sporting and/or romantic holiday. But even business travelers will find the opportunity to work online in peace and relax in the evening in a generous ambience.

We love it modern with a touch of vintage. That's how we set up our new city apartment as a vacation rental. Despite its proximity to the city, the apartment is quietly located in a side street, the balcony faces the rear courtyard. While it is wonderfully relaxing inside, you can already enjoy your first cappuccino on the balcony at sunrise in the morning. A high-quality parquet floor in all living rooms creates a pleasant and pleasant atmosphere. Living room, dining room, bedroom and kitchen are kept open and offer a generous living ambiance. Bright, friendly and well-equipped non-smoking apartment, 80 square meters. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and water cooker. The spacious living and dining kitchen has TV. In both the bedrooms there is a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and towels. We offer a WLAN hotspot.

More pictures are coming. I am still renovating ;) It is a new and lovely decorated apartment in the city centre of Worms. Its on the first floor and vís-a-vís is a stunning old monastery. Worms is located very central in a great area. You can go for a hiking trip in the Pfalz or see famous cities as Heidelberg and Frankfurt.

Schwalbennest Vacation Rental

Bright non-smoking attic apartment in a quiet location (dead end) in the wine-growing community of Guntersblum between Mainz and Worms. Wonderful starting point for a longer stay for hiking, cycling and cultural excursions. Shopping and restaurants are nearby. There is a private parking space in front of the house.

A nice cozy 2-room old building apartment to stay in. The landlord lives right next door and is happy to provide tips and advice. Ideal starting point for exploring the city of Worms, as well as for direct walking or cycling in the countryside and ideal starting point for tours in the area.
