The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over the Templin lake make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, fireplace and private sauna, we make our houseboat a fantastic retreat even in winter.

The apartment itself is new and was prepared with a lot of love for detail. Located on the first floor facing south/west. On the south side is a 5 m long balcony, with a beautiful view of the treetops.
