In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property, which has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this first one, No. 7/4, in 2020 and YOU can come. The pretty vacation home has a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace on the south side. It is partially covered and there is also an awning for the particularly sunny days. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

Cycling, hiking, fishing, water tourism. Pets are not allowed. The house is a non-smoking property. For more than two people, please ask for the price. 1 car parking space on the premises.

In an exclusive location directly on the Röddelinsee with your own lake access, you can spend a relaxing holiday here. Only 6 km from Templin and approx. 80 km from Berlin, the Seehaus Rödd is located on an 8,000 square meter forest property. The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2018. A large terrace with a view of the lake invites you to linger. Leisurely walks, hikes, bike tours and sometimes a dip in the refreshing lake guarantee individual relaxation.

Our vacation home is located on an approximately 6,100 m² large, fantastic lake property with its own tennis court and its own jetty. On the property, there is another vacation home with 3 apartments. The shore with a small beach is about 50 m long. I belong to the Waldschenke Stendenitz, an artistically colorful excursion restaurant with really delicious food. I am just the thing for nature lovers, forest walkers, lake bathers, sunbathers and fresh air relaxers. I am pretty and modernly furnished and actually have everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

Near Kleinzerlang, 1 km away, you will find a natural idyll in the colony on the Kleiner Pälitzsee with private beach access (150 m from the house). At the jetty you can also dock your boats and from there also optimally explore the lakes and then relax by the campfire or beach volleyball. Quietly located on a spacious forest property, the rustic, thatched Finnish huts offer the perfect base for relaxing and exploring the area.

But also Berlin could be reached by train in about 15 minutes.

We rent our nice little cottage 27 m², 2 min walk from Wandlitzsee to the beach 3 min to Surfing club about 5 min, 500 m from Wandlitzsee train station. Bakeries, shops or restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop outside the door, Berlin nearby, other lakes in the vicinity Wi-Fi is not available everywhere.
