An old farmhouse has become a cozy country house. With large pool, in a huge garden with flowers and fruit. Fluffy lawn for playing, deck chairs for reading books, swings for the children, a sauna right in the garden, large weaver grill. Inside: Open country house kitchen, fireplace, dining table for 12. All rooms with box spring beds. View of nature, swimming lakes nearby, plenty of space for children. Every morning the bakery wagon comes. And: a cool pub in the village.

Located in the middle of meadows, fields and forests, here you can enjoy peace and quiet and relaxation surrounded by our sheep, llamas, donkeys and cats. There is a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a roof bunk ( ceiling height maximum 150 cm) with 3 beds. In addition, you could also sleep in the living room on the sofa bed ( 2 people). Outside there is also a sauna house.

Ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. For 4 adults it could be a bit tight. In our single-family house there is an apartment with separate entrance. This apartment includes a kitchen-living room on the ground floor and a bedroom with bathroom in the basement. In the living area there is a sofa bed. In the basement, there is a bedroom with two single beds, a sofa bed and the bathroom with shower. The outside terrace in front of the front door is in the back garden.

Relax in this quiet, stylish accommodation. The apartment is about 85 m² and lovingly furnished. From the kitchen is a large terrace that leads directly into the countryside via an outdoor staircase. In the summer months, our pool can also be used by our guests. The cities of Tangermünde, Stendal, Arneburg are only about 15 km each easy to reach. A self-service market is 1.5 km away and a train station 2 km. Stag parties, company parties, etc., are not welcome.

The house is bordered by a newly completed terrace, a large garden with lots of greenery (currently being renewed), a 4 x 8 m pool with seating and lounging options. The outdoor area of the pool will also receive a new look next year.

This stylish home is perfect for group travel. Up to 8 people are welcome to stay in the apartment. The pool can be used seasonally free of charge, sauna €20 per person, each additional person €10 including towel. IMPORTANT Pets are only allowed if an extra cleaning fee of €50 is paid upon arrival.
