The facilities, quiet residential neighborhood, and sightseeing are very conveniently located in the center of Ota-ku, Tokyo.It is a 6-minute walk to Heiwajima Station (supermarkets, lots of local restaurants in downtown Japan), Haneda Airport is about 15 minutes by train, BIGFUN commercial facilities called BIGFUN (discount stores such as hot springs, cinema, Japanese Boat Race, Don Quijote, etc.), and Heiwamori Park, where the property is spacious, is a 3-minute walk (great for jogging and exercise). Direct flights to Haneda and Narita Airport are very convenient, and access to popular stations such as Tokyo, Shinagawa, Yokohama, Shibuya, etc. are within 30 minutes, and both Tokyo and Yokohama are all facilities for traveling!
