Monthly Rentals in Ota

It's a nice place to stay, but I am of the opinion that a sign from the major road showing the place is necessary, given the fact that a couple of uber drivers I ordered cancelled the bookings as a result of not being able to locate the place.

I stayed at the apartment for three weeks. I had a wonderful stay and it met all my needs. The apartment was modern and very comfortable. There was always help on hand from Musa and the property manager. The house was gated and secure. It was set in a vibrant community and I was able to get benefit from local services such as hair braiding, shoe repair and suya ( grilled meat). I even had someone help me weigh my cases prior to travel. My feedback would be; we were given a brief tour of the apartment but it would be useful for a detailed tour of how things work, we had many queries in the first few days. It would also be useful to have more utensils in the kitchen such as knives and cutlery. Overall I throughly recommend this apartment and hope to visit again in future.

Had a fantastic experience. One of the standout features was the 24-hour electricity with a solar backup. This ensured that I never had to worry about power outages, making my stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the hosts take great pride in maintaining a spotless environment. Everything was well-organized and hygienic, which made me feel right at home.

I've rented multiple Units from David at this location in Ipaja and all of them have been on point to their descriptions and I felt right at home. Again the staff is amazing and always helpful. Mayowa is one of a kind. The security guard at the entrance is attentive and does his job securing the place well. Most would say don't stay on the mainland if you're a visitor to Nigeria, however Ipaja and this location this estate is very peaceful. There is security everywhere and I enjoyed daily walks around the estate. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for making my stay amazing! I had an awesome time here!
