A very nice place to stay with all comfort you need. A nice bedroom and ensuite shower and a cosy living room and kitchen. 5 minutes walk to the beach and good location to go to Zadar (30 min.)

Well equiped apartment with a nice view on the bay, hiking trails around and lots to do in beautiful Croatia. Our hosts were very friendly and helped us settling. Calm neighbourhood and just what we were looking for.

We stayed in Croatia, rented an apartment in Ivan, we were very satisfied! The apartment is clean, everything is as pictured, the beach is literally 10 meters away, there are two wonderful cafes nearby. Free umbrellas and sunbeds are provided on the beach, which was very convenient. Host Ivan was always in touch, allowed to use the grill on the premises, where there is a comfortable large table for alfresco lunches and dinners. Free parking was a nice bonus. The only thing missing was a corkscrew, but we bought it and left it for other guests. It would also be handy to have a microwave to warm up food and a broom with a scoop so you can clean up a bit as sand is applied from the beach. But it's not critical. Otherwise, everything is great, we recommend it!

We stayed here as a family with a toddler (2.5 years) for 10 days. We felt right at home, as everything was very clean. Towels, soap, cleaning supplies, and even a can of drinking water were provided. The kitchen has everything you need. We used the modern washing machine more often than planned and it was a real game changer. We also liked the high water pressure in the shower (incl. sea view from the open window). The terrace is fully covered, so we could always eat outside even in rainy weather. The only thing we liked less about the apartment is that the queen size bed is only 1.40 m wide. Thus, the three of us could not sleep in it and one parent had to go to the next room. But I don't want to blame Igor for that - I should have asked in advance myself, because the exact bed size is not in the description. We can recommend the place without reservation!
