Monthly Rentals in Otranto

I come from Germany and I had most of the contact via SMS with Emanuela, Livia's daughter, who always reacted immediately and helped. But also Lidia, Emanuela's mother was very nice and adorable. Lidia lives 70 meters from the apartment, directly in Piazza Basilica, where you can also garbage in the garage. The apartment is at the end of a dead end, where I was also able to park my motorcycle. I was here in April 2024 and I was very fond of the small terrace, upstairs where there is also the kitchen. On the front there is the restaurant "Arbor Vitae", which was always well frequented, but also at 10, 11 hours in the evening tranquility. The apartment is furnished with everything you need, sheets, cutlery, dishes, cooking utensils, etc ... and even a bottle of wine and water in the refrigerator. I feel very comfortable in the apartment and surroundings and would like to come back. Please excuse my knowledge of the Italian language.

Highly recommend this lovely apartment. Immaculately clean and very comfortable with a beautiful outlook. Great location with street parking and an easy walk along the water into town. Vittorio is a very friendly and exceptional host who provided a lot of very helpful information. Highly recommend the local walking tour, if you have a chance to do it. The information on the history of Otranto and the cathedral is very interesting. Thanks Vittorio, we loved our stay in Otranto.

A perfect place to stay for exploring Otranto and Salento- spacious, clean and comfortable. The apartment has absolutely everything you might need and the kitchen is very generously stocked up. We had bikes which could be conveniently stored in a garage. Domenico, Francesco and Maria were very welcoming and friendly. We can't wait to be back!

We had a great time in Otranto. The apartment is very nice and well located in a quiet area and close to the old town, beach and shops. The bedding is comfortable and the apartment is well equipped. Nando is a considerate and welcoming host who gave us tips for preparing our trip and tips for sightseeing and restaurants on site. We highly recommend!
