Misty Isle Acres

Our homestead, Misty Isle Acres, is our little imperfect oasis, nestled within the beautiful Helderberg hilltowns of Albany county. Our in-law apartment contains a bedroom, full bathroom, and living room with TV (inc. Netflix & Disney+), DVD player, and futon. There is an enclosed porch and deck, complete with tables, chairs, and grill. We also have a large pond and woods to explore. Please note, this is a working homestead; the grass isn't always mowed and sometimes there are animal smells.

Beautiful Log Cabin on 5 acres. This cabin is far away from the road and surrounded by hay fields so you have tons of space to yourself. This A-frame cabin has a front porch where you can watch amazing sunsets and enjoy the wildlife who come by in the mornings and evenings. Enjoy an evening together in the kitchen and living room as the open floor plan gives everyone space to be together. Or maybe gather outside around the fire pit. There is something for everyone to enjoy here!

Luxury Cooperstown Area Lake Home with Amenities!!

Summer Bookings, We currently have 4 days open 8/23-27. Summer 2026 we only accept 6 night stays aligned with Cooperstown Dreams Park schedule, see their site for the schedule. The 2026 season is 5/30-8/28/26. Beautiful 3 bedroom on Canadarago Lake, 15 min. drive to Cooperstown. We now have 6 kayaks, a pedal boat, & a paddle board! Enjoy coffee viewing the peacefulness of the lake, if mornings aren’t for you, It is as beautiful at sunset with wine.

Dekeman Acres Cabin

Small cozy cabin that my father originally built for hunters. After I graduated from high school I lived in it for 12 years. 2 of which was with my now husband. Small open cabin with loft. Ladder to loft space and two twin beds. Small bathroom. Kitchen. Not much privacy, we live down the road, but are there at least twice a day taking care of our pigs, chickens and gardens. Access to lake is right across the road for swimming, kayaking, fishing and non-motorboats, Fire pit and picknick table.

Centrally located near Cooperstown All Star Village, Cooperstown Baseball Hall of Fame and Dream Park. Howe Caverns, the Adirondacks and Catskills are all within a couple hour drive.
