Holiday rentals with lake access in Otsu

Definitely one of the best airbnb I stayed in ! Traditional, clean, roomy, well located. I would definitely come back as soon as I will be around. Nagahama is a great city and deserves a few days on site. I cannot think of a better place than Masahiro’s to stay and enjoy a slower pace.

What a lovely, cozy, warm, and quiet place! The peaceful neighborhood, next to a local park and a short two-minute walk from a beautiful city view of Osaka, is truly delightful. We felt at peace here, and the many nice restaurants within easy walking distance were a wonderful bonus. Our host was wonderful, responding almost instantly to any questions. We highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a relaxing atmosphere. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your lovely home; we plan to return again.

The place is spacious with parking space. Though for a foreigner driver, japan roads are very narrow. The sakura tree was in a full bloom behind the house so we did enjoy it so much. The grocery store is close. We did used the kitchen and it does feel like home.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is super clean, huge & peaceful with beautiful surroundings. We love the traditional feeling of the house. The kitchen is complete with all the cutleries & utensils. Highly recommended. We don’t even stay upstairs as downstair place already enough.

The place was exactly as described in the photos. Really love the place. It’s nice and quite, peaceful. Wish I could live there the rest of my life. All amenities was provided. Getting around would be a bit tricky if you don’t have a car. Host was friendly and helpful. Well worth the price paid for for our vacation there. Highly recommended if you are looking for some peace and quite.

Our stay at Yamashita’s beautiful 100-year-old Japanese villa in Kyoto was the perfect way to end our 2 week vacation in Japan. The house is spacious, very clean, and well-equipped, perfect for our group of 12. It has everything you need and more. It has a serene garden, jacuzzi, and sauna—the kids especially loved the jacuzzi! Yamashita is an EXCEPTIONAL host—very warm, helpful, and accommodating. She drove us to supermarkets and places we wanted to go and even picked us up for a small fee. She prepared simple yet delicious breakfasts. She was quick to respond to messages and even guided us on using local buses. Though the house is a bit far from the touristy areas, the peace and quiet of Yamashita’s home made it the perfect retreat. It offered a more authentic and relaxing experience of Japan. I highly recommend Yamashita’s villa to anyone looking for comfort, culture, and outstanding hospitality. And to anyone looking for a truly memorable stay in a traditional Japanese home.

Check in at night was a bit dark and a little hard to find The other services were great. Great environment. Loved it.👍🏻

It was a better and more comfortable stay than I imagined.It was very clean and had everything we needed, and there were many bars around.Parking was also very close and easy to park, and it was easy to find an accommodation.The interior was very spacious and easy to spend time in, and there was plenty of hot water in the bath.It was a perfect place to stay for our needs.I recommend it.

Apartment is situated very close to metro station. Osaka castle is walkable from the place. Note: There are 3 rooms in the apartment with 3 separate doors. If you are a group of family, inform the owner to share 3 keys. If now you might have to enter via one room to go to the other 2 rooms. We were given only one key. When i asked the host, they shared the other keys on same day. Everything is in walkable distance and it includes a nice park

Two bedroom apartment right on Dotonbori Street. The living room faces the Canal, the bedrooms face the street. Since the latter is very lively light sleepers might want to use ear plugs (which are provided). Power sockets / adapters were available. Great apartment size for a family of four. Very clean, great communication. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay overall except the wifi was very spotty. Worked maybe 25% of the time so used a lot of my personal data during the stay. No other issues though.

Had an amazing stay right on Dotonburi. Can be loud at night as you're right in the thick of it. But you are walking distance from so much! A really lovely apartment that was a great size for the family.

Amazing location, right in the heart of Dontonbori!

Good location for staying with family. Located in a laidback neighborhood with 7Eleven and supermarket nearby. Short walk to station and restaurants. Appreciated the laundry/dryer machine and amenities like stroller, plates/cups for kids, tea/coffee, etc. Beds were comfortable. Host responded right away when asked about trash. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

We had a very comfortable stay during our stay. The room was clean and spacious, the owner was very kind, and the communication was smooth.Overall, I am very satisfied. The concern was that there was a bicycle parking lot in front of the building, and I was a little concerned about the sound of motorbikes at night and early in the morning. Other than that, I had no complaints and my partner accompanying me was very happy.It was a really nice place and I'd love to stay again if I get the chance.

A very warm and comforting stay.The area is beautiful and so is the cozy air bnb room right under a cute cafe. I would however recommend you rent a car if you’re unable to walk 17min to bus stop.

Our host was excellent. Proactive communication, friendly and helpful. I failed my responsibility of checking out to standard, but the host was still very gracious. This was a great place to stay.

This is a private rental house along Lake Biwa. You can also descend directly to the sand from the terrace. There was a BBQ on the terrace, the view was very beautiful, and the surroundings were quiet. The kitchen area is also fully equipped with basic cooking utensils and tableware. There was also a large sofa in the living room, so we had a very comfortable stay.

Accommodation with children.I was able to stay clean and comfortable.Thank you for providing plenty of bath towels and towels.
