Appartamento delizioso appena ristrutturato, situato in una zona tranquilla di Roma "Ipogeo degli ottavi" all'interno del Gra, a pochi km dal centro storico. La struttura si trova nei dintorni della stazione ferroviaria "Ipogeo degli ottavi"a poche fermate di treno (Fl3 Roma-Viterbo) dai principali ospedali di Roma(San filippo Neri/policlinico Gemelli/Ospedale Sant'Andrea) e da Piazza San Pietro/Vaticano. Capolinea con diverse linee autobus. Con meno di 20 minuti si raggiunge il centro di Roma.

Appartamento al 2° piano con ascensore, 4 posti letto, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione Roma Monte Mario della linea ferroviaria cittadina FL3, che collega le stazioni San Pietro, Trastevere e Tiburtina. A pochi minuti dagli ospedali Policlinico Gemelli e San Filippo Neri. La zona è fornita di bar, ristoranti, pizzerie, supermercati, gelaterie, bistrot, mercato rionale ortofrutticolo. Pista ciclopedonale che attraversa il quadrante nord-ovest della città fino alla basilica di San Pietro.
