Very convenient location that is in a peaceful and private area but 2 minute walk from a large retail mall, major bus stop and a NCC maintained hiking trail (Old Quarry Trail). It is also a 5 minute drive from Highway 417 enabling a 20 min drive to downtown Ottawa . Highly responsive owners on premises in a separate unit.
