Very bright and very quiet, it is completely new with an area of 25 m2 accessible by a large south-facing terrace. Its original half-timbered architecture, with large trapezoidal windows, gives it exceptional brightness and charm.

The Little House of Ouistreham

In 2018, we bought this large, damaged house with the plan to renovate it completely and live by the sea. We started by renovating the cottage, to live there with our 6-month-old boy, before tackling the renovation of the big house. And so the cottage naturally became La Petite Maison. We will be happy to host you, quietly, in this pretty F1 entirely on one level and overlooking the garden.
