Located on the top floor without a lift, with a wide staircase and its own private parking space, this bright apartment is in a well-maintained, unoverlooked building. It has a separate bedroom, a sofa bed and a travel cot. Close to all shops, the port and the four-lane road connecting to Caen. Every Friday morning, a market with local produce is set up a 10-minute walk away. I live 7 minutes away by car if needed. P.S.: Bed linen and towels are provided.
