On the outskirts of Sint-Truiden, the capital of Haspengouw, this quietly located house offers you everything to make your stay unforgettable. Enjoy bubbles in the Jacuzzi and warm up by the fireplace. You can watch TV or Netflix with the beamer in the cozy sitting area. Only the fitness room does not have air conditioning. This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is not my original studio/loft of earlier times!! Key words: Calm, sunny, modern!!

Stylish "boutique" apartment where you can enjoy a wonderful stay in Maastricht. The spacious kitchen and living room provide a lot of livability. There are two bedrooms, both with a double bed. In addition, there are two bathrooms with shower. The apartment is very conveniently located in relation to the MECC (5 minutes/car), Maastricht University (5 minutes), and the old town of Maastricht is within walking distance. Parking is available in front of the door for a fee (8.10 p.d.)

TV, wireless internet and music system are available. There is a private parking space in front of the house.

During your stay in this spacious apartment, you will relax completely. There is room for 2 cars in the courtyard. In the shared garden is a trampoline and climbing rack. The living room has a TV, and pellet stove. Bathroom has a generous shower. The kitchen has a microwave/oven + dishwasher. The home has a double bed and a double sofa bed with comfortable topper. Ideal for long stays are the washing machine and dryer. There is air conditioning on both floors.
