Located outside a small, quiet hamlet (altitude 800 metres) at the end of a winding road, the south-facing barn enjoys panoramic views of the mountains, and is surrounded by fields and woods - with no vis-à-vis! Entirely renovated using ecological materials, the gîte retains all the charm and authenticity of a Pyrenean dwelling, but with all the comfort of a purpose-built gite. The barn caters to everybody – couples, solos, families with children, and walkers with their four-legged friends.

The accommodation is close to beautiful hikes (MONT VALIER CASCADE D ARS, CIRQUE DE CAGATEILLE) MOUNTAIN BIKING RAFTING PARAGLIDING FISHING, caves and classified sites, Guzet ski resort... You will appreciate it for ITS CALM NATURE and ALL THE ACTIVITIES RELATED TO the MOUNTAINS . THE HOUSE IS LOCATED IN A SMALL EXTREMELY QUIET HAMLET 1H30 FROM TOULOUSE AND 5 MINUTES FROM OUST AND SEIX WHERE YOU WILL FIND ALL SHOPS. This place is perfect for families (with kids) and big groups.

Relaxation guaranteed in this cosy and spacious accommodation located at an altitude of 900 m with a breathtaking view of the Valier mountain. The green setting will seduce you... The accommodation is fully equipped and has a private terrace. It is attached to our house but the entrance is independent. On site, there is a Nordic bath and a sauna which can be booked on the day of arrival or in advance of course but it is an additional service not included in the rental price.

Welcome to Playras! Come and recharge your batteries in this tiny hamlet, a little piece of heaven perched at 1100 m altitude, facing south. Stunning views of the Spanish border chain. This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house.
