My place is close to beautiful hikes (MONT VALIER CASCADE D ARS, CIRQUE DE CAGATEILLE) mountain biking, biking, rafting, fishing, paragliding, caves and classified sites, Guzet ski resort... You will appreciate it for ITS CALM, NATURE AND ALL THE ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE MOUNTAINS. THE HOUSE IS LOCATED IN A SMALL EXTREMELY QUIET HAMLET 1.5 HOURS FROM TOULOUSE AND 5 MINUTES FROM OUST AND SEIX WHERE YOU WILL FIND ALL COMMERCIAL FACILITIES. This place is good for families (with kids) and big groups.

Located outside a small, quiet hamlet (altitude 800 metres) at the end of a winding road, the south-facing barn enjoys panoramic views of the mountains, and is surrounded by fields and woods - with no vis-à-vis! Entirely renovated using ecological materials, the gîte retains all the charm and authenticity of a Pyrenean dwelling, but with all the comfort of a purpose-built gite. The barn caters to everybody – couples, solos, families with children, and walkers with their four-legged friends.

Relaxation guaranteed in this cosy and spacious accommodation located at an altitude of 900 m with a breathtaking view of the Valier mountain. The green setting will seduce you... The accommodation is fully equipped and has a private terrace. It is attached to our house but the entrance is independent. On site, there is a Nordic bath and a sauna which can be booked on the day of arrival or in advance of course but it is an additional service not included in the rental price.

This quiet place will allow you to return to nature and simplicity. Outdoor dry toilet. Possibility of access to an outdoor bathroom in the middle of nature if hot water is available. ideal accommodation for nature lovers in search of simplicity. the barn is adjoining my house with an independent entrance, it is located in a small hamlet of 3 houses on the heights of Massat. the barn is located at 750 m altitude, to access it there is a rustic track over 800 m then you have to walk 20 m. In heavy snow, access will be by snowshoe as the track becomes impassable. Massat is a village with all amenities.

Le gite est a 12 minutes de St Girons et ses magasins situé sur le bord d'un hameau rural le Cap d erp , avec vues fabuleux sur les forêts vierges, la vallée, les collines et montagnes. Avec le Col d'Ayens a 2km a pieds ou 3km en voiture c'est un point de départ de rêve des randonneurs, traileurs et cyclistes VTT.
