LA MAISON SE SITUE DANS UN PETIT HAMEAU EXTRÊMEMENT CALME A 1H30 DE TOULOUSE ET 5 MN DE OUST ET SEIX OU VOUS TROUVEREZ TOUT COMMERCES. La Sereine

The cottage is located in a very quiet area at the foot of the Beille plateau (cross-country skiing and hiking), 500 m from the center of Les Cabannes (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, restaurant...), 40 km from Pas de la Case, 15 km from Ax-les-Thermes (ski resort and thermal baths). House freshly renovated by us; on the ground floor a large open room with fully equipped kitchen, upstairs two pretty bedrooms, one with views of the Quié de Sinsat and a brand new bathroom.

Le Playras: charming barn, panoramic view

Welcome to Playras! Come and recharge your batteries in this tiny hamlet, a little piece of heaven perched at 1100 m altitude, facing south. Stunning views of the Spanish border chain. This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house. Multiple hikes possible without taking your car. We'll be happy to let you know!

The Mountain at your doorstep

A real haven of peace, this house will be perfect for your stay in our valleys. Sleeps 6, 3 bedrooms 6 beds including 2 of 160, and 2 of 90 and 2 bathrooms and a pleasant living room with equipped kitchen. Also enjoy a chill-out area with TV/games for children and an outdoor area to enjoy the beautiful days. The house is located close to all shops, hikes and outdoor activities. (Sheets and towels are not included in the rental)

The cabin

Come and relax in our pretty little A-frame house, made by us, with local and sustainable materials. You can enjoy a large terrace with a cold water bathtub, barbecue, hammock and slide, all overlooking the mountains! 2 steps from the village, with access to all amenities (bar, restaurants, bakery...) Seix is also the starting point for many hikes. Mezzanine with double bed, lounge area with sofa bed and wood stove.

"Los de qui cau" gite + private HOT TUB

« Los de qui cau » se situe dans un petit hameau au cœur de la forêt ariégeoise, en Barguillère à 900 m d’altitude. C'est une maison en pierre datant de 1899. Elle vient d’être entièrement rénovée. Depuis peu, nous avons installé un spa extérieur sous abri face à la forêt.Fonctionne toute l'année( une caution de 50€ est demandée) Attention pour les enfants en bas ages ( bassin, échelle de meunier, jacuzzi)

Gîte Col d'Ayens

Un très beau gîte de charme, rénover avec beaucoup de cœur et de goût. Le gite est a 12 minutes de St Girons et ses magasins situé sur le bord d'un hameau rural le Cap d erp , avec vues fabuleux sur les forêts vierges, la vallée, les collines et montagnes. Avec le Col d'Ayens a 2km a pieds ou 3km en voiture c'est un point de départ de rêve des randonneurs, traileurs et cyclistes VTT.

IMPORTANT: Be sure to contact me before making or confirming a reservation. Regarding access, the house is at the end of a 7 km track. The first 5 km are suitable for vehicles, and the last 2 km are not suitable for vehicles. So you'll have to walk the last 2 km, about 40 minutes. Guests can park their car safely in a clearing.
