Absolutely magical, beautiful space. Well kept trails, easy access to the river. Everything id clean. Everything works as it should. Lori is fun and phenomenal, and very responsive. The cabin is well built and beautiful as well. Great place all around!

Such a wonderful house! Host even left things in case you forgot anything. More than enough towels. Rooms were very large. Pool was very inviting with the slide and diving board! Also played a little basketball with the kids! We are already planning on when to come back. House was very nice! Had a great time!

Our family of four love Doc's place. This was our 2nd spring break in a row staying there. We have stayed in the lodge, the lodge cabins, and Doc's place is our favorite! My girls say it is very aesthetic, and the loft bedroom of the cabin is perfect for kids! We roasted hotdogs and made smores in the firepit, and enjoyed walking over the bridge to the falls..Bring a lock with your families name on it to put on the bridge!.. We brought our little puppy and love the fact that the cabin is super pet friendly!.. Our host Jennifer was super helpful and accommodating!..We will definitely be back, hopefully this summer!

Margaret was great. The house was clean and comfortable and exactly the home base we needed.

We had a fabulous stay - David was the most responsive host, and stocked all kinds of snacks and staples for us in the kitchen. The bedrooms were all clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was one of the best equipped that we have seen. But the indoor pool house and all the water toys for the kids was truly amazing - kept them happy and occupied all weekend! Thank you!!

The cabin looked exactly like the photos and it was right on the water. It was clean and roomy. The cabin had everything you could need from a pack and play for babies to a pet bed and food bowl. We really enjoyed our stay.

Tim's cabin was awesome! The setting was beautiful and the fishing was amazing. I've never has as good a fishing trip as I've had here. It is truly unbelievable! If you are a fisherman or just an outdoorsman in general, this stay is for you!

the surroundings outside were serene and the inside was cozy. It was the perfect place to stay. We are from out of state and we're visiting with family in the area. The home made me wish we visited when it was warmer and that we had a boat. It was above and beyond what we needed but I am grateful we had a peaceful place to come to at the end of the day.

My family will definitely be returning! Love the atmosphere, the setting, and the amenities. It is fun for kids and adults. It is relaxing and peaceful. There is no wifi and little cell service but for me and my family that is a win so we can unplug and spend quality time together. There are certain spots you can obtain cell service to contact loved ones and check in if need be!

The stay at this property was one of the best AirBnB experiences we have had. The home was spacious, well maintained, and very clean. William H was very responsive and easy to work with. We will definitely try to book this property again on our next visit to Madisonville.

This will be my first choice of a place to stay if and when I come back to Evansville.

I had an incredible stay at Andrew's place! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, and the space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect, close to the facility we were going to be at and restaurants, making it super convenient. The beds were super cozy, the wi-fi was fantastic and there was a lot of space to spread out. What truly made the experience exceptional was Andrew's hospitality. Words cannot express how beautiful this place is! Complete peace and solitude, surrounded by nature. I came for rest and relaxation and got it! Home was clean and did not lack anything, plenty amenities. Perfect location to catch breathtaking sunrises and sunsets! Paula was always quick to help out and very communicative! She was very kind, patient, and friendly, thank you Paula! Definitely want to stay again.
