This old cosy cottage has been newly renovated. There is now a nice new kitchen, a new fully tiled bathroom and a new bedroom with two single beds. A bedroom with a double bed, and a living room with a stove. There is a smaller cabin with two beds on the property. We have a hot tub for 6 people all year round and a heated pool in summer, approx. weeks 24-32. Electric car charging point. A few hundred metres away is a bathing jetty with a ladder and a sandy beach. Here you can find peace and quiet in a scenic setting with the sea close by and create new wonderful memories.

Bagarstugan

In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

Welcome to the cabin located 200 meters from the sea. The cottage has a separate bedroom and bathroom. Cosy patio with a large lawn in front. The lovely house is walking distance (15 min) to picturesque Trosa C with wonderful restaurants, cafes and shops. Beaches and Trosa Havsbad within walking/cycling distance. Towels and bedlinen are included in the price. In the bathroom, you will find soap and shampoo at your disposal. There are a couple of bicycles in the summer if you want to discover the surroundings. Städutrustning finns så ni städar själva efter er.

Cottage at Boholmsviken on the island Sävö

The cottage is beautifully situated close to the sea. Very basic standard. No running water nor electricity. Water is brought from Sävö farm where you can also charge your mobile. There is kitchenware such as cutlery, cups and plates and gas cooker. Bring your own sheets - there are mattresses, blankets and pillows. Sleeping bags are not allowed. List of the equipment on our web site savogard. You clean the cottage yourself before departure.

Handukar och lakan finns och ingår i priset. 500 m till buss som går till Huddinge C och pendeltåg in till Stockholm C, 15 min.
