It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Die im November 2024 fertiggestellte Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für jegliche Unternehmungen. Zum Baden, Angeln oder Surfen an den wunderschönen Rottachsee sind es nur ein paar Minuten. Auch die Allgäuer Skigebiete erreicht ihr nach kurzer Fahrt. Auf der eigenen Terasse genießt Ihr Bergblick und könnt die Seele baumeln lassen.

Im 2. Stock über Treppen erreichbar befindet sich die Ferienwohnung (34 m²). Der Balkon-Blick auf die Alpen wertet die Ferienwohnung noch zusätzlich auf. Sie ist aufgeteilt in einen Wohn-, Schlaf- und Essbereich, mit integrierter Küche. Es gibt ein Bad mit WC und Dusche. Im Nebengebäude befindet sich ein kostenloses Hallenbad. Das WLAN und der Parkplatz sind ebenfalls kostenfrei. Im Keller (Trockenraum) steht eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner gegen Münzzahlung zur Verfügung.
