In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Das Appartement bietet auf 105m² ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. In der neuen, modernen Landhaushausküche steht Ihrem Kochvergnügen nichts im Wege. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen Flatscreen (55“) und eine Hifi-Anlage (USB, Bluetooth). Die zwei Schlafzimmer sind mit hochwertigen Boxspringbetten (180x200) und zusätzlichen LED Fernsehern (43″) ausgestattet sowie jeweils dazugehörigen neuen Badezimmern mit Dusche/WC und Haartrockner. Zusätzlich befindet sich in der Wohnung noch ein extra WC.

A large bedroom and dining room, from which the small kitchen and the newly renovated bathroom are accessed. 1.40 m bed, small desk, TV (only via Internet) and Wi-Fi. New bathroom with a floor-level shower and a lot of space. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, etc. A parking space is not included with the apartment. However, there is a public parking garage (Burgstraße 20) two streets away for approx. 20 euros per day.

Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 sqm, 2 bedrooms & sauna

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community.
