The beach access is literally right out the oceanside window. If the weather is stormy, stay inside, enjoy the electric fireplace and watch the waves from the amazing view of the oceanside suite. Our family beach cabin was fully remodeled in 2019 with all new everything. We have designed our space for families and couples looking for a quiet beach retreat with easy beach access. We are only 4 houses from one of the quietest beaches in the area and only a 5 minute drive to Pacific City. Local activities include hiking, kayaking, surfing, and dune buggies at Sand Lake. Easy day trips to Tillamook or Lincoln City also make this an excellent home base for all of your adventures.

Surf Cottage • Monthly Available For Off Season

Be in the heart of town, but enjoy a private road (no street parking for non residents/guests). Flat cement parking slab for your friends with campers/RV. Cottage heated by a wood burning stove - so cozy. Some art decor may be different upon arrival than photos. Garage is not available for use by guests. 30+ day rentals available for the off season. $3,000 per month starting November 16 or December 1 - June 30. All utilities / landscaping included. Beaver Creek Cabin is a modern cabin designed to bring the outdoors inside. It's 15 minutes from the beach, 20 minutes from Pacific City, Cape Lookout, and Tillamook, yet only 5 minutes from beer and cookies and pesto. Set on a 7 acre lot, it's remote enough to feel private, yet public enough to feel safe. Perfect for couples or families, amenities include modern convenience (dishwasher, wifi, roku) as well as the classics: sticks and stars and trails and trees.
