The room is located on the courtyard side of our farmhouse, which was built in the 1950s and renovated, right next to our horse stable. It is furnished in vintage style with old pieces of furniture that have been lovingly refurbished and exudes a lot of coziness that fits the rural area. In the immediate vicinity are several lakes that invite you to take a walk. The place is also an ideal starting point for cycling tours along the Lippe.

Spend your vacation in a 180-year-old mill, surrounded by meadows, fields and forests. Visit this mystical place and slow down. You wake up in the morning and drink a coffee by the mill stream or on cool days in front of the blazing fireplace. The mill with its ponds and the surrounding nature invites you to pause. My small cozy place is in a disused old train station in the village of Alme, Brilon. Here you can really relax and enjoy nature. Alme is a very quiet place, which is very centrally located in the Sauerland. The Aabachtalsperre, the Diemelsee and Willingen are also only about 25 km away. The area invites you not only to hike (Rothaarsteig) but also to cycle. The famous Alme bike path has its entrance here.
