What a incredible home and location! Some of the best beaches I’ve ever seen within walking distance. Had an incredible time hanging out at the beach on day beds, exploring nearby towns and chilling at night on the outdoor balcony 👌

The house is fantastically located by the sea. It is a maximum of 100 m to a small, simple sandy beach. The large Torre Lapillo beach is within a short walking distance. On the way is a local fisherman who sells freshly caught fish. Absolutely top sea and beaches - within walking distance or further kilometers of beaches in 5-15 minutes by car for variety! The house is well equipped, very clean and well-maintained. Large kitchen with everything you need, including oven, washing machine, etc… The courtyard is very pleasant, offering a cozy, wind-protected place to eat / in the evening. You will find a grill, an outdoor shower, enough chairs and umbrellas, also for the beach. Highlighting the great roof terrace with sea view! Restaurants are widely available. Francesco was always available with great tips and suggestions. Thank you very much Franco for your beautiful house and your very friendly service, we greatly appreciated it! We will be back!

Sandro welcomed us with a friendly smile (and exquisite pastries) since our arrival, making us immediately feel at home. We had a big problem with the car and Sandro helped us go well beyond his hosting duties and demonstrating availability and humanity out of the ordinary even though he was also busy with his work. We are very grateful for this. The house is a short walk from a free or equipped beach with a clear and crystal clear sea and a 10-minute drive to the nearest village. Let me know because the possibility of taking a hot shower outside is an added value. Beautiful view from the terrace above the house.
