However, please note that the apartment is a bit difficult to reach by public transport. The apartment is 30 m² and perfect for 2 people. The bed in the living room can be opened out, and an additional 1-2 people can be accommodated if necessary. Budapest can be reached in 45 minutes, Lake Balaton in 35 minutes, and Bakony and Vértes in 25 minutes. There are many attractions in our city: Árpád Bath, Sóstó Wildlife Center, the pleasant downtown , Bory Castle, and more.

I offer my guests my real Tiny house with keyless access. It is also suitable for a home office in an air-conditioned living room sitting at the desk you can see nature through a huge reflex glass. The house is self-designed and made. There are three bicycles, they can be used for a separate fee. All are in excellent condition and include a mobile phone holder, puncture repair, lights and pump.

The house is located 300 m from the North Beach of Velence (the site of EFOTT), 300-400 m from the main roads with heavy traffic. It has two bathrooms, two/three bedrooms, a nice kitchen and an extra kitchenette. Ideal for families, sports, fishing, hiking and relaxation. The outside house has a sauna and two SUP boards. An outdoor covered parking is available for storing cars.
