We loved staying here! Absolutely would have stayed here longer if possible. It was perfect spot and perfect location for us. Right in the heart of San Gimignano and you could really live like a local. Nice and spacious compared to other spots we stayed in Europe. Before we even left we sent the link for this listing to our friend who’s coming later this year to book here. Lorenzo was quickly responsive the whole time with any questions and was nearby if we had any problems. Do yourself a favor and just book this if it’s available.

Peccioli is the perfect central location to stay in Tuscany and this well-appointed apartment is perfectly located right in the heart of the old town. We opted for the paid parking, just 15€ for 7 days. So close and always spaces available. Do yourself a favour and pop into the patisserie right next door each morning for the most incredible fresh-baked goodies.

The host Cesare gave us a great welcome, making us find pastries when we arrived. Since the house is located outside the town center, we contacted it by phone and he provided us with all the information to get to the destination ( you need to have the car ). As for the house, very clean and well equipped. It was a great stay and the place is lovely, peace and quiet priceless, we will definitely be back.

Anna is a very kind host, she came to pick us up from the parking lot (indicated by her) and took us to the apartment accurately explaining everything we needed to know. New apartment, clean and in the heart of downtown. Highly recommended!
