A charming 2-story house, with air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, spacious in a family-friendly gated community overlooking the sea in the heart of the Coqueiros neighborhood in Florianópolis! We have a garage in front of the house, it is open. You will be 5 minutes from the center, close to the gastronomic route of the Coqueiros neighborhood with bars and restaurants, as well as a supermarket, pharmacy and laundry 450 meters away. Unfortunately, the beach is not suitable for swimming (like all the beaches on the Floripa continent)

House with semi-private beach (no exit to the street), with calm sea and two kayaks. The house is near Guarda de Embau (24 km), Pedras Altas and 10 min from the Enseada and Jarrão waterfalls. Simple but complete house on the main street with a market 100 meters away. It is not a place for parties or events. The land has two independent houses, you are at the height of the beach, with the garage and the balcony with barbecue. The upstairs house is usually uninhabited, if there is someone it is an elderly couple.

The neighborhood is located between the sea and Serra do Tabuleiro, a strategic region to travel to the Center of Palhoça, Floripa or the southern beaches, also with trails and waterfalls nearby in minutes.

Close to downtown and all the good things around here: beaches, trails, coast, sea, river, boats, surfing, whales (season from July to November). And the commerce with shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, market… Just arrive and enjoy everything on foot! The house is divided into three, but only two are used for rental. The access gate is the same for everyone, the garden is a common area and each house has its own balcony.

Anyone falls in love with my space, lush nature, wild birds like toucans, aracuãs, blue-winged teals, canaries and thrushes. You can taste seafood and oysters raised on farms near my place. The place is pleasantly calm and ideal for those who want to relax. We are an Azorean community.
