Do Sonho, Praia Mar Aberto, Praia da Pinheira and will have easy access to Famosa Praia da Guarda do Embaú and Vale da Utopia. Environment in Open Space concept, comfortably accommodates 2 people. It has a kitchen equipped with an Airfryer, minibar, stove, sandwich maker. Bedroom with bed linen and towels, Smart TV, Central Inverter Air-Conditioning.

Studio - casa azul

Beautiful Studio on Guarda do Embaú Beach, a 10-minute walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. Ideal for those who like to enjoy nature during the day and the nightlife of Guarda. The leisure area in a kiosk with a barbecue and wood-burning stove with lawn and trees provides coziness and tranquility (shared use with Studio). The house was renovated at the end of 2019, has a water tank so as not to run out in the summer, a shower on the street and parking for the car in front of the house.

We are located at Rua Aderbal Ramos da Silva, corner of Rua da Amizade. In other words, close to the shops and beaches of Cima (900mts) and Baixo (400mts). The Kitinete is on top of the Sea of Dreams Bakery, in front of Colégio da Pinheira. The kitet can accommodate up to 3 people, with a double bed and a single sofa bed in the lounge. Our cozy loft is formed by bedroom and kitchen in the same environment, private bathroom, balcony with hammock and our little outdoor covered and private space with barbecue for you to enjoy total privacy while preparing a good roast. We are 100 meters from Guarda do Embaú beach and 300 meters from the center. Our place is quiet and easy to access by cobblestone streets.
