Simple but complete house on the main street with a market 100 meters away. It is not a place for parties or events. The land has two independent houses, you are at the height of the beach, with the garage and the balcony with barbecue. The upstairs house is usually uninhabited, if there is someone it is an elderly couple.

The access gate is the same for everyone, the garden is a common area and each house has its own balcony.
