The house is located on the Caiacanga beach located in the Ribeirão da Ilha neighborhood, right in front of the sea, a beautiful, calm and clean beach. Very close to the market (you can walk), pharmacy, restaurants, Villa Casarão. With private and covered parking for 2 cars, 3 suites with double beds and 3 bathrooms (it is possible to put a mattress for children on the floor), air-conditioning in all the rooms, Wi-Fi, kayaking, beach chairs, umbrella, full kitchen, tv in the living room, barbecue, balcony.

CASA PÉ NA AREIA - Semi-private beach, calm sea

Come and spend a few days in the coziness and the tranquility that only a house on the beach can offer. Simple house but complete on the general street with a grocery store at 50 mts. It's not a place for parties or events. The beach has no exit to the street, it is for you. The land has two independent houses, you are on the ground floor, at the height of the beach, with the garage and the balcony with a barbecue grill. The upper house gets used to being uninhabited, when someone is an elderly couple.

My space is a piece of paradise, facing the sea and within the Atlantic Forest. The Pedras Altas naturist area and the Pedras Altas Beach restaurant are 200 meters away. Anyone falls in love with my space, lush nature, wild birds like toucans, aracuãs, blue-winged teals, canaries and thrushes. You can taste seafood and oysters raised on farms near my place. The place is pleasantly calm and ideal for those who want to relax. We are an Azorean community.

The 2-story house alone on the land has 3 bedrooms, a large living room with air conditioning, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large balcony with hammocks. We provide towels, pillows, bedding, among others. We have kayaks and buoys at the disposal of our guests.
