The Mini Melby

Located in a quiet neighborhood on the Space Coast and less than 7 miles to the Indian River and the area's most popular beaches. It may be tiny, but it still boasts amenities that you normally get with a full size rental. These include a full size kitchen and bathroom along with two lofts for a restful night sleep. While it does share the same property with the host, its location provides full privacy and use of the pool and patio.

Welcome to the newest addition to The Riverview! Built in 1937, this historic home still has plenty of charm, but everything in this two bedroom, one bathroom house was renovated in January, 2022: New floors, glass shower, butcher block countertops, appliances, and furniture!
