The beach, center, restaurants, station, and ferries are within walking distance. A unique place to spend mornings drinking coffee and evenings sipping local wine, admiring the sunrise and sunset in the front row!🌅🍷 *If there are more than 2 of you, we recommend the apartment for families! There is little privacy.

This newly renovated cottage is situated in a historic private estate immersed among secular olive trees and stone walls. The whole living space, which includes an entirely equipped kitchen, opens on the terrace thanks to the huge patio window offering a breathtaking view on the Gulf of Portovenere. There are two separate bedrooms with closets and French windows opening on the terrace, and a bathroom. The laundry area is in a separate adjoining space.

It is 50 square meters in size and consists of a living room with a sofa bed, kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, and a splendid 50-square-meter terrace equipped with chairs, sun loungers, and a wonderful view just a few meters from the sea.*There is a convenient outdoor shower in the garden, perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach. Please avoid using soap*
