The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

A unique place to spend mornings drinking coffee and evenings sipping local wine, admiring the sunrise and sunset in the front row!🌅🍷 *If there are more than 2 of you, we recommend the apartment for families! Hidden in the quiet area of Fegina, "La Rana" villa is a refuge from the hustle and bustle of the Cinque Terre, but with immediate access to everything this UNESCO World Heritage site has to offer. This newly renovated cottage is situated in a historic private estate immersed among secular olive trees and stone walls. The whole living space, which includes an entirely equipped kitchen, opens on the terrace thanks to the huge patio window offering a breathtaking view on the Gulf of Portovenere. There are two separate bedrooms with closets and French windows opening on the terrace, and a bathroom. The laundry area is in a separate adjoining space.
