Monthly Rentals in Palo Alto

The space was compact but an efficient use of space. I felt like I had all the basic things that I needed for the six months I was living here. The place was well-decorated! I appreciated Luz and her husband's responsiveness and attentiveness :)

I stayed here for two months and it was absolutely incredible. It was just as listed and described and had everything included. James was very nice and responsive and I had no issues during my entire visit. A quiet and peaceful area, I would definitely recommend and come back again!

Nita and Jay were amazing hosts. They provided good inputs on all the nearby amenities. They allowed me access to kitchen , drinking water and laundry - facilities that a number of listings close by were not offering. Cleaners came biweekly and cleaned the room and bathroom. I have enjoyed good dinners and conversation with my hosts, they felt like family, at the same time I had all the privacy I needed. Neighbourhood is safe, well-maintained and has stores, bus stop and train station within less than 30 minutes walk.

Rachel is an ideal host. Everything about my stay here was perfect!
