I stayed in this apartment for several months and everything went very well! The 5 stars are not enough to describe the experience I had. The apartment itself is very nice, well decorated, super comfortable, everything is equipped in good condition and super clean. The location of the apartment is also very good as it is close to all shops, restaurants, express crossroads on foot. There is no noise and the building is quiet. I recommend it without hesitation and thank you to Thomas, the owner, who was always very attentive and present.

We had a lovely stay. We felt safe, quiet and slept very well. It was very nice to arrive in a place where there was coffee, tea - it made us feel good - like home. The baby chair is really great - our almost 5 year old daughter used it and was super well settled at the table. The apartment was spotless and the owners were very responsive. Vanessa and Julien are very friendly, attentive and responsive. The apartment is conveniently located in Toulouse, the best part, it is quiet!!! One downside concerns the concierge service, Julien and Vanessa were attentive regarding this problem, action is taken, we suffered a few inconveniences, but in the end nothing too bad we had a lovely stay. All the best to both of you.

Very nice recently refurbished apartment, comfortable bed with a good mattress not too soft. No chemical smell of laundry detergent or product which is nice. clean and responsive accommodation if there is a problem. very good value for money I would come back if I have the opportunity! The whole family to enjoy staying in the apartment!

We spent a 3-day weekend at Antoine's place with 12 adults. The accommodation is perfect, spacious, clean and very pleasant to live in with beautiful terraces. It feels like home (even at 12!) The ideal location facing the Garonne and green space with public transport nearby. Hyper-responsive hosts. We would definitely recommend this rental with great value for the money. The only small downside: both the outdoor insulation is efficient, as much in the accommodation, the partitions are thin! It's just for information because frankly, we go back with great pleasure. We had a great weekend, Otavio was a good host, very discreet and attentive. Can’t recommend the house, the host or the beautiful placement enough.

Very clean and organized. Seemed recently renovated. I would stay again. Nice little village with beautiful flowers everywhere. Short drive to other villages and Monday market in Mirepoix. Nice to walk around the Chateau de Camon. Chef Alexander at the Chateau does private dinners there, but you have to go ask him. Michelin * chef from Nice. The little Cafe Llobet is also walking distance and provides simple, but tasty dishes.

I booked this place for my daughter who was taking her competitions at Paul Sabatier University. The apartment is in a very good location, functional and matches the photos. To emphasize, very warm welcome and explanation of the points of interest and the transport network.

Caty is a lovely person. The place was perfect, very clean, all the amenities even games for the exteriors, really, I would 100% recommend again Caty for this stay .

Ophelia is a attentive, caring and welcoming person. She explained everything to me to make the most of my stay, including the use of the washing machine, coffee maker and heating. The apartment is ideal, with a terrace with views of a wooded park, embellished with birdsong. It's a very quiet and soothing place, which allowed me to focus on my work.

Great accommodation in Mirepoix. We were two couples passing through Mirepoix and we loved the cocoon side of this apartment, very bright, well decorated and clean. Thank you again.

The place is nicer than the pictures. Bedding is comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. There's an intermarket and a bakery in the area. In short, impeccable stay.
