The apartment met the expectation well, the host always available , were quiet and pleasant days on site.

We stayed 39 days in Alex's apartment, and the experience was excellent! He is a caring, polite and fast host in communication, always willing to help. We need to extend the stay, and he organized everything without problems. The apartment is compact but very cozy. Having two bathrooms was a great differential. The rooms are clean, organized, with new air conditioning and impeccable white bedding. The internet worked perfectly, essential for remote work. The space is well equipped and, if something is missing, Alex is always available. The location is perfect, close to everything, like the Shopping Center and the Sabiá Park. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. We felt at home and were even sad as we left. Alex, thank you for everything! Whenever you need a place, your apartments will be my first option. Super recommended!

The place is an excellent cost-benefit. I felt with great privacy, besides that the space is well organized, clean and everything works well. I hope to come back more often.

The accommodation is extremely cozy and clean. In addition to the very good location, highlight to the cordiality and friendliness of Confaria Silvana, which made us feel at home and was super solicitous. I recommend!
