Guests in this room have access to a kitchen located within the lot, a short distance from the houseboat.

Room Andy 2 is set in a stairwell accessed by stairs from the first floor of the boat house. The room accommodates up to three people, and has one queen bed and one simple. It has its own private bathroom in the room, a desk, a TV, and has air conditioning and internet access. Guests in this room have access to a kitchen located inside the lot, right in front of the boat house.
