Monthly Rentals in Panethimos

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful villa. Everything was as described and inspired us from the first moment. The children (13 and 9 years old) were very happy with the pool, which we were still able to use in October. Communication with co-host Giorgos was excellent. He proactively provided us with tips, was always available and responded very quickly to messages. We would come back any time and can recommend this place from the heart.

Nektaria was at all times good reachable via chat and really friendly. She offered to support us with any questions we would have during our stay. Besides that, the village Rokka is a lovely place in the mountains but not too far away from Kissamos and the infrastructure at the coast. Moreover, there is also olive oil estates and traditional restaurants in the villages around. All in all, thank you very much for having us at your beautiful accommodation.

I am travelling by bicycle with my child and it was a very windy week. We booked very spontaneously and were really lucky to find this modest and beautiful apartment. We even extended our stay because we liked the quiet place and the outdoor space! Also the access to nature and the village right out from the door. With a bike Topolia is close to go to Kissamos and visit Komolithi, with the car you’re on the road to Elafonissi. Thank you again, Pedros and Joanna, for hosting us!

We had a great stay in their lovely micro-house. The hosts were truly super hosts, friendly and attentive. They even welcomed us with treats and wine from their farm, just to mention a few. The house is as shown in the pictures with a lovely private garden and a pool. We were there in the off-season so most nearby restaurants were closed, but there is no shortage of places to eat during high-season. The beach is just a short walk from the house and there's a supermarket close by - as is the bus stop. We have no hesitation in recommending a stay in this lovely house!
