A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

The accommodation is located 500 m from the town center and 100 m from a body of water. Many hiking trails make up the municipality, enough to stretch your legs or those of your 4-legged companions (Pets are allowed) Shops nearby (convenience store, café located in the village) 7 minutes from Candé as well as Saint-Mars-la-Jaille.
