Our family house built in 1728, just renoved in 2019, offers a perfect spot for holidays and weekend, for quality time with large families or friends gathering. Close to the nature, with a large garden, in the middle of fields and forest, you will enjoy the calm of the countryside with style and confort. This charming house located in the south of Paris, will allow you to visit all the south of Paris (Fontainebleau, Versailles, Chamarande, Château of the Loire valley, Chartres, Orléans...)

An 80 m² barn, renovated in 2022, with all comforts, will be perfect for your weekends/holidays as a couple (1 double bed 160 x 200, cot with comfortable mattress on request). Maximum two adults. Electric car charging station at cost price. Space/swimming pool/swing/baby sandpit/trampoline/TV with Netflix, Amazon and Molotov. Shops a few kilometres away. Parties/professional photos/ceremonies and pets are not allowed. For our insurance, the number of people must match the booking.

Farm stay at "Floever". We will be happy to welcome you during your business or leisure trips. (Large car park.) We are in a quiet location in the middle of the fields, with our animals (dogs, horses, chickens and sheep), and our hives that allow us to produce and harvest our honey. 15 km from Malesherbes and its printing museum, 20 km from Buthiers and its climbing routes, 15 km from Etampes, 15km from Pithiviers. Paris, Orléans and Chartres are less than 50 minutes away.

The forest in front of the entrance gate and the countryside in the back offer great walks and hikes. A year-round hot tub, board games, a small screening room, a table football table, books and comics, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large fireplace allow you to make the most of the house.
