You only share the small entrance room with the flat owners and are therefore completely independent from the rest of the flat!

The accommodation allows you to be close to the historic center but away from crowds and noise. The neighborhood, in addition to having five major museums, offers many opportunities to appreciate local cuisine.

The room is furnished with shabby white wooden furniture, including a comfortable double bed with memory foam mattresses, bedside tables, a chest of drawers, and a work corner with a large Provence-style desk and wardrobe. Attached to the room is a private bathroom, echoing the colors of the sea, equipped with a ceramic sink, shower, sanitary fixtures, personal hygiene soaps, hairdryer, slippers, and towels.

Home by the Dome

From my B&B you have a stunning view of St.Peter's dome! There is a very comfortable double bed & private bathroom. There are also two cats, Wolfie and LolaLola, lurking in the rest of the apartment. With a 7 minute walk you get to the Vatican, and in 15 to the center. Check in before 10pm, please :). I am a registered B&B with the local authorities – QA/2021/12704.

Room 2 has an area of 20 square meters with a private bathroom of 4 square meters. It has a double bed (160x200 cm), a console with mirror and armchair, a bench, a small round table, an open wardrobe and a TV. The bathroom is well equipped, the shower and wall covering is made of resin for greater hygiene.

The modern double bedroom is equipped with a 160 cm bed. It includes a 43-inch smart TV with Netflix subscription and a sofa bed. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower. In addition, the room has a mini bar, a kettle and air conditioning. The windows are double glazed for greater insulation.

The room is very comfortable, equipped with air conditioning and heating. It includes a new bed (160x200), warm lights, blackout curtains, and a luggage rack. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bidet, soaps, hairdryer, toilet paper and towels of various sizes available for each person.

We are in the characteristic Flaminio neighbourhood, very close to Piazza del Popolo, Villa Borghese, San Pietro and also at a stone’s throw from the river Tiber. Nearby there is a fruit and vegetable market, lots of shops and a variety of local restaurants and cafes.
