Moin! Welcome to Papenburg, Venice of Germany. Our holiday apartment 'Anni' is located in the Obenende district of Papenburg, right by the canal. Supermarkets, restaurants and other services are easily accessible within 1.5 km. The approx. 50 sqm apartment has a separate entrance and is accessible via an external staircase. The building was constructed in 2022 to the KfW 40+ standard and therefore features the latest technology (underfloor heating, ventilation system).

A modern kitchen is paired with a dining area, featuring a round table surrounded by white chairs. Natural light enters through two windows, illuminating the warm wood flooring. A comfortable sofa with a light-colored pillow is positioned nearby, creating a welcoming living space.

The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee. The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km away) is a great place to go shopping and is also known for its diverse cultural events and night-life.

Pretty private one-room apartment with bathroom and kitchenette in a pretty look awaits dear guests! The apartment is located in a detached house . PAPENBURG is about 6 km away. Beautifully quiet location. Magnificent view of untouched nature, orchard meadow. You can relax there. Nearby is the Altenkamp estate with various exhibitions and concerts. Although the apartment is in my house, you have your own entrance area.

The room features a spacious bed with a checkered blanket and several pillows arranged nearby. A comfortable sofa is positioned adjacent, while a dining area with a wooden table and chairs is visible. Natural light floods through the windows, enhancing the bright yellow accent wall.

Our small (33 m²) but fine basement apartment is located in beautiful Haarenesch-quarter with your past "Oldenburger kennels" in the heart of Oldenburg. City, state theater, restaurants and bars are a few minutes walk away. Pius-Hospital and Ev. Hospital located in the neighborhood. Well suited for business travelers, singles and couples, possibly also with child, sofa bed available. We look forward to seeing you!

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.
