Supermarkets, restaurants and other services are easily accessible within 1.5 km. The approx. 50 sqm apartment has a separate entrance and is accessible via an external staircase. The building was constructed in 2022 to the KfW 40+ standard and therefore features the latest technology (underfloor heating, ventilation system).

The towns of Papenburg (17 km) and Leer (20 km) are within easy reach. The North Sea coast, the Dollart and the Netherlands are also not far away. The holiday apartment is lovingly furnished with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It is located on the first floor in the adjoining building. For your exclusive use!

A pretty, private, one-room apartment with a bathroom and a kitchenette in a smart style awaits lovely guests! The apartment is located in a detached house. PAPENBURG is about 6 km away. In a nice, quiet location. A wonderful view of the unspoilt, natural surroundings and an orchard. You can relax there. Gut Altenkamp is nearby, with various exhibitions and concerts. Although the apartment is in my house, you have your own entrance area.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.

This quaint apartment invites you to relax and enjoy. In the middle of the countryside next to a cow meadow is the best place to relax. The area can be explored on foot or by bike. On cold days, you can make yourself wonderfully comfortable in front of the pellet stove. The cities of Leer and Papenburg are in the area and invite you to stroll, shop or visit a restaurant.

You are a guest of a young family, but you have your very own flat! The flat is listed for two people, but the sofa in the living room can be pulled out so that one or two children can travel with you without any problems! The holiday home is located on the edge of a wooded, private weekend residential area. It is generously proportioned, bright, with modern furnishings and very well equipped. It's heavenly there at any time of year and perfect for a short or longer break in an idyllic setting! For the summer months, there is an in-house stand-up paddle board (SUP).

We offer a vacation apartment on 2 floors in the beautiful Hasetal. The location is ideal for long bike rides, canoe rides and much more. The house is in the middle of a residential estate with walking distance to forest and meadows. We are happy to help you with your leisure activities.
