The old mill tower is located in a quiet single-family home settlement right in the heart of the Wesermarsch. On the four lovingly renovated floors (approx. 100 square meters) with old wooden beams there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, living area with sofa bed for two, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate bed and a bedroom. In the garden there are two terraces with seating, including by the water of a pond. There is a children's playground directly across the street. Guest Wi-Fi available!

In a beautiful nature reserve and within walking distance of swimming lakes Gasselterveld/'t Nije Hemelriek, our recently modernized vacation home is located in a quiet bungalow park and offers a lot of privacy with sunny and shady spots. To relax, there is a 3-person massage Jacuzzi under the veranda. The deposit for our house is €250. The area is ideal for peace seekers, hikers, cyclists and mountain bikers. In our beautiful fenced private garden, you will enjoy the many bird species.

The purple guest house stands in a spacious garden with old trees, close to the farm, and offers space for couples, as well as for four adults or a family. Throughout the garden and in the courtyard, there are shady spots for adults to relax, as well as overgrown secret corners and play areas for children. The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

Beautifully quiet location. Magnificent view of untouched nature, orchard meadow. You can relax there. Nearby is the Altenkamp estate with various exhibitions and concerts. Although the apartment is in my house, you have your own entrance area.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.

Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen angegeben, allerdings lässt sich die Couch im Wohnzimmer ausziehen sodass ohne Probleme noch ein oder zwei Kinder mitreisen können! Our unique property is located in the beautiful Artland between meadows and fields. In the area you will find quaint small towns for half-timbered lovers and small farms with farm shops and restaurants to stop by after an extended bike tour or longer walks. In comfortable beds, you can sleep deeply and relaxingly in peace and seclusion. Guests with children and/or four-legged family members are welcome.

Time out in the countryside

This quaint apartment invites you to relax and enjoy. In the middle of the countryside next to a cow meadow is the best place to relax. The area can be explored on foot or by bike. On cold days, you can make yourself wonderfully comfortable in front of the pellet stove. The cities of Leer and Papenburg are in the area and invite you to stroll, shop or visit a restaurant.
