Monthly Rentals in Paralia Ampelo

We spent 2 magical days at The Olive Mill in Kokkala. Staying in the mill itself was a unique and unforgettable experience. It has been beautifully renovated with great attention to detail and lovely little touches everywhere you look. The internal lighting was expertly done, making the place feel bright yet cozy, despite having few windows (being a mill!). Sotiris was a wonderfully friendly host, even treating us to some amazing homemade desserts he had baked himself! Kokkala itself is a lovely sleepy little town which feels a little ‘off the tourist track,’ though I imagine it gets busier in summer. We enjoyed swimming in the pristine beach across the road- beautiful turquoise waters all to ourselves! Thank you, Sotiris!!

We‘ve had a wonderful one week stay at the house in the beautiful greek countryside. Everything we could have possibly asked for was available in the house already, the contact with the host was fast and easy an we would always recommend this Airbnb for a vacation in Greece.

If you want to get away from it all, Lagia is a perfect location. We loved roughness and beauty of the southern Mani a lot and had a good time at Spyros`house ! The accomodation is definitely unusual. It is truly very rustic, which we did not mind at all. The kids loved to sleep up in the tower and the roof terrace with the nice view over the old houses. We also liked to light a fire at night (April nights can be chilly). The Albanian housekeeper was super helpful and Spyros could always be reached. The one thing which might be improved a bit is the endowment of the kitchen, which we found a bit too sparse for cooking (only one pot fits on the gasstove at a time).
